Shipping Policy

In-Stock Orders

All in-stock orders are guaranteed to ship within 24–48 hours after the order is placed. Tracking information will be provided when the order ships.

Orders ship from South Florida, USA. Transit and delivery times depend on the shipping carrier and destination and begin after the order has shipped.

Pre-Order Items

Some items are offered as pre-orders and are produced after the order is placed. Pre-order items are not covered by the 24–48-hour in-stock shipping guarantee.

Pre-order items may take up to 4–5 weeks to be produced and shipped. The expected timeframe will be shown on the product page whenever possible.

Unless otherwise stated, pre-order items are final sale and cannot be canceled or refunded once production has begun.

Tracking

Once your order ships, you will receive tracking information. Please allow time for the carrier to scan and update the shipment.

Address Changes

Contact us as soon as possible if your shipping address is incorrect. We cannot guarantee changes after an order has been processed or shipped.
